Shaun Woerner

Shaun Woerner is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Shaun’s fitness career began in high school when he was an athlete and captain for the cross country, wrestling and track teams.

After high school, he pursued his education by earning a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science at William Paterson University in New Jersey, followed by a Master’s in Exercise Science at Appalachian State University in North Carolina.  Shaun has also interned in cardiac rehabilitation, completed muscle physiology, biomechanics and biochemistry research, and personally trained clients of all ages and ability levels.  Shaun’s true passion is helping others, which he illustrates through his focus of strength training and injury prevention.


Marisa Lopez

Marisa is a certified personal trainer and Functional Training Specialist through NESTA. She is also a certified 200 Hr. Yoga instructor and Spinning certified cycling instructor. She has a passion for teaching and loves her job because she feels like she is really making a positive influence on peoples lives. Her training style is very diverse. She likes to mix things up and keep the programming fun, challenging and effective. She specializes in bodybuilding, weight loss, corrective exercises, TRX, kettlebells and functional training. On her free time she likes to hike, travel and she enjoys practicing handstands everyday.

Bri Heredia

Hi there, I'm Bri and I have a passion for working out. I have been taking Zumba classes for about 7 years now and teaching for over 3 of those! I really love to see people happy and having fun, which is exactly why I love teaching Zumba classes. The reason very is simple: Every class feels like a party! You enjoy the music and the dancing so much you don't realize how hard you are working out. The best part is you don't even have to know how to dance. Just keep moving your body and follow my lead. It is so much fun and far easier than you think! So come out and dance with me, you will see just what I am talking about and I promise you that you will have a blast! I cannot wait to meet you!!


Michelle Conner

My name is Michelle and I am a Zumba instructor. As you can imagine, I have a passion for dance and have been teaching for four years. I love a variety of music and rhythms, and I will teach you the basics, then build upon those with intensity and fitness variations. My goal is to make you forget you are working out; but it’s also my job to make sure you know by the end of class that you did work! But if you don’t like to dance I also teach Strong by Zumba®, which is a high intensity, interval training format and Zumba Toning.
