All ability levels are welcome to take any of our fitness classes.  Modifications are offered for each exercise if needed.

Beginners Yoga

This class is suitable for all levels and most physical abilities. Discover why yoga is such a powerful tool for keeping you healthy in body, mind and spirit. Learn: basic alignment principles, including modification options.

Zumba

This fun, easy to follow cardio dance class combines high energy and motivating music. Unique moves and combinations will make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Zumba is the best way to “dance away your worries”!

CIRCL Mobility

RELEASE. RESTORE. RENEW. This mobility class is designed to help you move your body the way it’s intended to!

Cardio and Abs

This is a group fitness class that combines bodyweight and other fast-paced cardio with modifications offered. There will also be a focus on abs throughout class for a stronger leaner core!

Full Body Toning with Weights

This class will keep your heart rate pumping while you tone up your entire body by mixing in weights and cardio movements!
